Sara gives Natasha another look over and thinks, vampire, yeah, fitting.

"You would make a very attractive vampire. Shame about it getting too real. But, you know, going half-way, that's not so bad." So Sara says. Back out in reality she doesn't mind a little blood-letting. She just thinks having someone's teeth at on her might feel rather good. Subconsciously, she even rubs her neck at the thought.
