No. I wouldn't. That person is still a person. I respect all life, I only kill when it's necessary like when we went on our hunt. There was a purpose to it. The Jedi have a code we live by. We don't seek revenge and we certainly don't hurt someone as punishment. No matter how much of an asshole they may be.
