The last thing Clint wants is to see this happen to Bucky as well, and he might have kept his mouth shut, but he just wanted to make sure his friend was prepared just in case this went from bad to worse. But for the moment, it's only semi-bad, and he hopes it stays that way.

"Yeah, it's a restaurant. They can whip up a pretty mean steak. Seafood too, if that's your thing." He manages a grin, even if this really isn't a time for that kind of thing. "If we ever get out of here, I'm gonna take you." Never mind that they might not even remember this conversation if one or both of them leaves hell.

"Yeah, but I'm not gonna hold something against you that's not your fault. As far as I'm concerned, this place isn't going to turn me against anyone but Lucifer." Bold words, and he knows he's tempting fate here, but even if brainwashing happens to him again (hopefully not), as long as he's in control of himself, the only one he's got a bone to pick with is Lucifer.
