He has to stare at her when she talks about Jesper kidnapping her. Wouldn't this be something Jesper would have told him about? How he kidnapped the Sun Saint? That would mean he would have needed to cross the Fold while it was still around.

There's no way. But he doesn't seem to remember any of it.

"That's... not uncommon from what I hear. There's people here from the same world but different point in time. It's possible that Jesper doesn't know it happened because it didn't happen for him." Which was all sorts of confusing. "If that makes any sense."
