Squalo's not around to get more ink. It just so happens that the shady alley with the tattoo parlour connects to the shady alley with the torture hub, and he may or may not be on his way to check out his newest... friend pulling some unfortunate fucker apart piece by piece.

It's been too damn long since he's run into Héctor, though, so the sight of the man stops him dead in his tracks. So many things have happened. He's quite certain the other man won't have appreciation for the hobby he'd been pursuing lately, so the simple question feels like saving grace.
