It's worth a lot, and she latches onto said moments whenever possible. They need balance to keep sane, and yet it was only a matter of time before the 'vacation' turned darker. Or, at least, a more obvious deviation, as the seedier side has been avoidable, ignorable. This carnival will be less so.
