Elcin's taken to sitting on the floor, all eight legs curled beneath him watching as the feline creature slams his shoulder into the door. He knew there was no escape from the room unless either they succeed in their task or wait long enough to fail, but it was nice to see someone try and force the door open. Despite the task at hand, he's grateful for the fact that he isn't the only large non-humanoid creature in Hell that wasn't a demon. Hopefully, Ferroc does not see him as an enemy of some sort and the fear of "spiders" wasn't universal.
"Yes, unfortunately, that would be the case." He speaks finally, eyes settling on the table at the list of sins and the daggers. "You either carve a sin into flesh or you wait out your punishment and fail at the task."
He's failed before, allowing phantom cuts to appear on his skin. There were faint scars visible on his arms and legs from the last attempt at this particular room.
"This is just one of several tortures that you could encounter from my understanding." He's only been in this single room, with the same daggers and the list of sins. "I can't tell you what others have found."
