Caleb was stood in the common space after Essek floated off, familiar with the space as he had shared it, so that by the time he came back, Caleb had not moved. He stared at the blood on his sleeve, the mess and spread stain.
"I believe I have some in my room," he said after a thoughtful moment. A small kit of things, bandages and salves that someone had assured him were modern, though he wasn't sure what half the kit was, when he'd looked in it.
That didn't answer if he wanted assistance with the shirt. He did. But that could wait. He made himself move toward the bathroom. Before he got all the way too it, he said softly, "Please do not be startled when you see everything..."
