And while she's not getting a hug or other sweetness, he is giving her his own brand of unspoken concern by recognizing the discomfort of breaking down in a very public place. Her bed did seem suddenly appealing, too. ]

[ She's hit by some awkwardness, however. After all that, should she keep things intimate and walk at his side? Or maybe try not to make a big deal out of anything? Eventually, tired of being torn over the many options, she settles with leading them on, assuming he'll follow behind her. ]
