"Ahh. Certainly." He pulls the book he was reading open again to the page he left off. "I was reading about the practical application of leeches in modern medicine. Now this is modern in terms of what is available in Hell, not modern to where I am from."

It was an interesting subject matter to him because as far as he's aware, leeches were no longer used in medicine and if they were, humans had not shared this information with the greater medical board. What sort of applications would they be used for now days he wonders.

"Currently, they are used to help with blood impurities. Anything from feeling under the weather to psychotic episodes are linked to blood according to the book." He can't imagine how leeches could help the mind but that's not for him to decide. He wasn't a psychologist. "They had far and wide uses during the time period the book is from and I've been curious if their applications here are viable in today's medicine."
