But many people don't know how to prepare coffee right, so they ruin the taste by making it too bitter. Sometimes not even sugar and cream can fix that mess." Someone with more knowledge about coffee could probably explain further. Noiz is not that person. He knows this much because he's German and has had nothing but the good stuff at home before he escaped to his freedom, only to find that coffee served at cafes and restaurants both in Germany and Japan were hit and miss.
