Peter's not really sure about the difference between a festival and a carnival, but seeing as how the one he attended a few months ago was full of dangerous games and suspicious food, he's not expecting much this go around. He's recently freed of his metal arm grafts, but the wounds still throb on his sides and he's not moving as well as he normally does. He spends a lot of time sitting and people-watching this go around. Others can see him observing the crowds from a distance, and he'll talk to anyone else who'd like to do the same.
When he's not outside, Peter is also interested in perusing the boxes left down in the lobby. He and another person might find something interesting in one of them. He also notices the return of the spiders, but none of them seem to be the trio he formerly had as pets.

He's never really understood the sexy underwear thing. Of course, Peter is always appreciative when his partners wear those kinds of things, but he's not into it himself. However, when he enters the club hoping for a drink and some relaxation, he's forced into something anyway. It's humiliating, but they've somehow secured special themed underwear just for him. It's extremely revealing in the back and kind of itchy, but they won't take no for an answer and shove him back out into the club to mingle.
So he'll be very embarrassed when you approach him, whether it's at the bar where he's nursing a drink in an attempt to black out these memories, roped into the speed dating, or dancing out on the floor.
