Are the drugs available only the type you physically consume/inhale, or can they be administered through exposure via other methods? I am specifically curious about whether it would be possible to have something from my character's canon called photo narcotics be an option if it's kept to a small area of effect like a small room (mainly so that it's easy to control exposure and characters/players can avoid if they wish). It is specialized lighting equipment that offers narcotic effects through light exposure.
