For all that he wouldn't claim to be fond of Angel after everything she's done, seeing her like this, so broken and weak, is difficult. He fully understands that he did bring it on himself, but that really only makes it harder to swallow.
He may know what a siren is and the kind of power they possess, but this is the first time he gets to see Angel's with his own eyes, up and close, like this. It's disorientating, to say the least, even more so when they find themselves in what is obviously a childhood bedroom. Of course, he knew Angel was a child once, logically. But to him, she's only ever been that voice in his head, that pretty face that would appear to his mind's eye that, for a while, he thought only appeared to him.
"Sure, she probably does. Most people on Pandora do."
But he gives Ferroc something of a grimace, and shrugs. He doesn't actually know her at all.
