Stand Your Ground — Life's a glitch~

- The longer he's trapped in this hell, the harder it is for him to determine what's really real and what's an illusion. Things kind of blend together after a while and of course he's not surprised that the hotel is going to revert back to its severely fire-damaged state at random. Nothing really makes sense in hell, after all, and he knows he just has to expect weird stuff to happen... Things never stay nice for long, it all has to fall apart eventually. He's really not anticipating that the glitches will take him somewhere he definitely doesn't want to be, though.

One second he's heading to the kitchen for a bite and the next he's... Well, he's really not sure where he is, but after the initial shock wears off he's sure he's in a bedroom.

"What the fu-!? How the hell did I get here??"

Is this where someone is staying? He's not usually allowed to enter anyone's domicile without being invited in first. But maybe the glitch overrides normal vampire rules? In any case, hopefully whoever is occupying the room doesn't mind some socially awkward vampire just barging in at such a late hour.

Conrad can also be found in other unexpected places around the hotel, like the bathrooms. Or he's making an appearance at the pool. Or the basement or gift shop. And of course, he has to wind up in the rather aptly named blood room... He's never been before so it should be a fun new experience for him.

Reach Up High I — Drill, baby, drill~
(( cw: blood, torture, injuries etc. ))

- By now Conrad's somewhat used to the instruments of torture in this place. Still, his initial reaction is to panic just a little bit. He strains against the vice gripping his head, but luckily for the person who's stuck with him, he doesn't push back... His legs just flail a little bit as he squirms in his seat.

"We're seriously supposed to make small talk like this!?" he sputters in a fit of disbelief.

It's ludicrous, but he knows he should probably try to follow directions. It's not like he trusts Lucifer or anything, but fighting against the restraints always turns out to be a futile exercise. And Conrad certainly doesn't want to cause anyone else to feel pain, or worse, if he can help it. So he stares at the drill poised to grind into his skull with a sick feeling in his stomach and he focuses on staying very still.

Follow Me Down I — I'm a firestarter, twisted firestarter~

- As a general rule Conrad avoids being around open flames since it's one of the few things that can totally mess a vampire up and he isn't the type to play with fire. But, at the same time, he's not a big fan of pumpkin spice so it's not like he has any qualms about getting rid of all of it. He'd like to not have his blood meals tainted with the stuff. If the demons are requesting that some of the crates be burned, who is he to argue with them?

It's easy enough for him to haul the boxes of spice to the bonfire and he is careful about chucking things into the flames, but even when one is cautious accidents still happen. All it takes is a stray ember landing on his sweater vest and it quickly ignites.

"Oh, GOD, NO! NO, no, no, no! Shit! AaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAhhhh!"

It goes without saying that he isn't succeeding at putting it out. Maybe someone could lend him a hand? The demons don't seem inclined to come to his aid, they'd rather laugh as he jumps around and tries to slap the flames out of his clothing. Apparently, he seems to have forgotten that you're supposed to stop, drop and roll.
