Steve waited for a response but didn't get one. He frowned a little as he walked, not angry again yet, but less pleased than he had been. It was strange. Yoon usually caved at the first sign of anything negative, but that was good, right? The kid was showing some spine? It would just be better if the spine was directed at someone else . . .

He finally found a corner that suited him and slid into the shadows, sliding the boy off his shoulder to stand on the floor again. Steve laid one heavy hand on Yoon's shoulder and caught the boy's chin in the other, lifting his head up so their eyes could meet. His voice was low and gruff again, but his actual touch wasn't harsh. Yet.

"I want my questions answered Yoon. Talk."
