Well, he supposes he can't feel too horrible if Setsuna doesn't mind having him around. If they're going to chat for a bit, he decides he may as well take a seat at the kitchen table, folding his arms across his chest a bit awkwardly as he does so.
"Oh, yeah... Sorry. It's hard to have a good day in this place. I mean, messed up things keep happening to us, constantly... But I suppose some people get along better than others."
He's certainly met a few folks who're totally fine with torturing people and indulging in sin and plan to make a home for themselves in this hell. Conrad isn't about to accept that fate, though, if he can help it. He can't help feeling a sharp pang of nostalgia for his former life and he releases a strained sigh at his question.
"I try not to think about it too much, but... Sure, I miss it... I worry about the people I left behind and... I'd kill to get out of this place. I mean- Not. Literally." He figures he should make that clear... "Erm. But... I haven't exactly been doing a great job when it comes to trying to get back home..."
