[At least he doesn't have to explain the Ham Scam to someone who struggled with drug addiction again, that's the one good thing. But there's something that feels decidedly cruel about being told to express hope for the future to someone who... has no future.]

At least that felt more Hell-appropriate. Repentance and eternal punishment and all that nonsense.
