Cain hadn't really thought it through, just expecting Billy to stop what he was doing. His expression shifts to something darker and more suggestive when Billy leans over him to start massaging his shoulders again, tilting his head a little to follow the movement of his hands as he moved down his chest. Well, this was a thing.

"How can you be sure? Accidents happen. An explosion you never saw coming. A brain aneurysm. Shot in the back of the head by a jilted lover. One minute you're alive, the next," He snaps his fingers, "And if you woke up here, how would you ever know what hit you?"

He looks a little disappointed, but not surprised that there was no way of knowing if someone had ended up here... or had even died. Fighters died all the time while Navigators might survive. It was the way the ships were designed.

"Yeah," His eyes unfocus slightly, the last few minutes he remembers playing through his mind, "I was the Reliant, my ship. There was an incoming 'Teron attack and we went out to meet them. Last thing I remember is my navigator flying us straight for them. I shot at them... but that's the last thing I remember. I'm guessing that was it.
