Then suddenly, Jessica grins. "Oh, I see. Can't carry a tune, huh?" There's a soft snort of amusement. "You'd think I could, all the years I spent singin' stupid shit. But hey, not everybody's meant to sing. Guess God skipped over you on that, too."
