"Mm, maybe." He gives a shrug of his shoulders. A lot seems to come with the chaos bit-- including corruption. He's seen, or at least heard of, the horrors his own mother has been capable of to know he needs to avoid it if he can.

"My words are spells. If I want it bad enough, all I have to do is speak it, visualize it... it happens. But that doesn't mean I can't learn the archaic Latin ones either." He gives an amused smile.

"I'm just self taught, like I said. I haven't had much chance to learn... but the library here has been good for that, and the last place I was, I had a mentor."
