Cain's nose wrinkled in something just shy of a snarl as he caught one of Kavinsky's wrists, not quite pushing his hand away, just keeping him still. Of course, a hand on Kavinsky's wrist meant he had less leverage in keeping him at arm's length, which the other man unsurprisingly seemed to instantly take advantage of.
"You are what? Dead or down for anything?
And, yeah, we're talking about it right now. It makes a fucking difference. A big fucking difference," He growled not entirely thrilled about turning this guy down, but he wasn't about to potentially throw away his mission and land himself back in prison for a random hook up.
Despite what he was saying, he shrugged out of the sleeves of the suit, gravity already starting to peel the suit down over his hips. Maybe he was just in denial. The list. The whole feeling like he'd been pulled down, which made no sense because the last thing he remembered was being on the Reliant in the middle of a dogfight with a Teron ship. And they'd fired at him, him and Abel. He was pretty sure he'd died.
