Billy tugs at the restraints a bit as Draco's mouth moves over his skin, enjoying the the pressure, the touch of someone else's magic against his skin. It's easy to just get lost in it all.

When the restraint goes a little bit slack, he gives a bit of a grin. "Mm, I guess this time," he teases.

"Although I'm a little curious about what you might do if I said no." And it'll be fun to play with at some point probably. For now, he shifts, rolling over as carefully as he can.
