Steve noted the way Peter's wound was almost gone and sighed, the sound almost wistful, "Yeah, I do. Nothing to yours though I see. Can't say I'd want to lose what I already have, but something like yours sure would come in handy during a fight. Not that my talents are anything to sneeze at . . ."
He watched the man fetch the food with a frown, but he took his own bowl and fork with a nod of thanks, "It's still cold you know. I didn't get it into the microwave. I don't care, but you might. And I think you got the broccoli. I was gonna make you up a plate. There's nothing in there but green stuff." Steve held out his own bowl toward the man. You didn't stick your guest with cold broccoli no matter how grumpy he was, "Here, take this instead. It's meat."
