"That's a little hard Natasha. You do tend to take your clothes off a lot more than most regular people. The only safe places are ones I wouldn't dare use a knife." It was a weak attempt at a joke, along with a watery smile. Steve squeezed her hand again and brought it to his lips, brushing the knuckles lightly with his lips.

"I can definitely do the clean, but where Natasha? Maybe . . . here?" He was trying to find a good place, but honestly he couldn't think of one that wouldn't show. His other hand pressed lightly, high along her side, a little down from her armpit. It seemed like a place that wouldn't show too often, or hurt too much to carve. At least he could do it fast and clean. No dragging or extra scars. He might even be able to keep it shallow enough it would hardly bleed.
