[As usual when he's presented with this magnitude of information he doesn't know what to say, or how to respond at first. Then Prompto mentions that he'd tried to tell him before but Nero didn't seem to get it. He can't argue that he's incredibly dense. But all of that is in the past and he understands now--or at least he thinks he does.

He reaches up to wipe away some of the blood from Prompto's face even while he's talking. The metallic taste seems to be getting worse for him even if the bleeding has practically stopped at this point. Nero drops his hand to hold onto Prompto's, listening carefully to everything he says.

None of that was what he expected. He'd always thought Prompto was amazing but maybe just a little shy. Though now that he takes in that information he can see how it makes sense. In the way he behaves and how he clams up at times about certain things about himself. He can't help frowning. The locks on the door are loud when they release, but he doesn't make any movements to get out just yet.]

You're crazy if you don't realize how amazing you are. I'm the one who should be working to be good enough for you. [He offers a little smile, still unsure how to approach the admission of his insecurity. It's like his idea of Prompto as this confident but awkward guy is changing, but it's not necessarily a bad thing. Nero wants to be the one to help him build it up.]
