Cain pauses at the casual answer, so casual and so utterly ridiculous. It's either somehow true or this guy is hilarious and Cain doesn't really care which. He can't help cracking a smirk and nodding incredulously.

"Sure. Yeah. That ninja magic'll get you every time, right?" He pockets his lighter and takes a long drag from his cigarette, still not sure what to make of this guy.

"You're kinda weird," It doesn't sound even remotely like an insult, "Can't say I've ever been paralyzed, but I broke my ankle once and that was pretty shitty, so I can only imagine.
