Tony stays where he is, raising his hands in a placating sort of way. The demon observing them has adopted an air of mild interest, as if it's tuning in to a sports game, so there's that worry put on hold for now.

[ He points at the kid, completely forgetting that they're in the lobby and everyone can see what they're saying. ] You saved me.
