Peter definitely remembers that lecture, it had been a huge turning point for him. Hell, it had pretty much shaped his entire outlook on life, on himself, on what it means to be a hero. To this day he thinks about it, and it's helped get him through some pretty rough shit.
Peter slowly lowers his hand while he listens, his expression running the full emotional gamut from relief to despair. He can't decide how he feels about this, but he is sure of one thing; this man is Tony Stark. There are about a thousand words running through Peter's head right now. Things he should say, things he wants to say, but his throat's suddenly feeling a little too tight to choke out more than a couple words at a time, so he finally just settles on two.]

He quickly crosses the distance between them and pulls Tony into a tight hug. Not too tight, because he kind of doesn't want to break all of Tony's ribs, but tight enough.]
