When the gun is taken from him he tries to fight for it back, but once it's holstered again he doesn't bother. Not worth the trouble, and whatever the guy was was pretty big and likely not easy to overpower. He'd try again another day or something.

"She wouldn't say shit. My whore mother left me with my abusive father. She doesn't give two fucks about me or what I say. So try again." The swearing just keeps coming, but less because of their conversation and more because of the headache. It almost makes him dizzy enough to see double.
