Oh, if only Dodger knew. Humans had created Digimon and there was an inherent bond between the two different species. It was what allowed the Digimon to cross over to the Human World to begin with and allowed them to Digivolve at all. The two were linked, which was why being considered a common monster was rather irritating for him.
