Steve growled but reluctantly lifted his head, shooting the demon a scowl. He moved his hands, tangling the fingers of one with Billy's so he could tug the man along with him. Might as well make an escape while they still could. He slid his free arm around Billy's waist once they started moving, holding the man against his side protectively. Just in case.

The annoyance died quickly and he gave Billy a sheepish smile, grinning down at him, "It was fun while it lasted?"
