Even without the nausea of going full speed, it's hard to run. The heat that had begun beneath his skin now feels like it's climbed behind his eyeballs, everything blurry and sliding out of focus no matter how he rubs at them. Even in the haze of fever, Barry knows he has to keep running. He knows what's happening to the others, he knows what he smells like, and the thought of being found by anyone but Garrett has panic clawing up Barry's insides.
