Luke pursed his lips at that, wanting very much to argue with her, but... considering what he went through, how what really happened to his family had been hidden from him and how both Obi-Wan and Yoda had insisted that he needed to confront him again...

"Or they doom others correct their mistakes," he muttered under his breath, the bitterness he hadn't realized had been building so strongly tumbling out of him at once. He flinched, almost immediately regretting it. He shook his head, taking a deep breath and holding it for a moment, before continuing.
