That reaction, he wants to see it again, make Teddy grip and hold.
He doesn't respond, other than his hand slowing just a tad, just enough to work his way up, more like he would if he was on top of Teddy, riding him.
The back of his mouth has Teddy's tip for now, doing most of the work on its own, before he lifts up again to tease the tip with his tongue once more.
