[Saul doesn't quite trust himself to speak or even breathe while Nacho is reporting back to Lalo, not wanting to end up jinxing it and ruining what seems to be heading in a good direction for all of them. He's going to regret offering to get a drink with Lalo later, he already knows it, but that's a problem for future Saul to deal with.
He gives Lalo an awkward, slightly strangled looking smile at his oh so friendly invitation to get drinks later, the smile immediately falling to some mix of relief and gratitude as Lalo leaves and he catches Nacho's eye. He already knows--hopes, really--that Nacho will be back sooner rather than later. There's too many problems for all of them with Lalo around for him not to come back.
