That was a good question, one that tugged painfully at Peter's heart. "We don't know. People disappear, but no one knows what happens to them. We don't know if they go home or get to go to Heaven, or if they're just gone permanently. Someone I was very close to just had that happen to him." He was trying not to think about the other Peter, but it was difficult.
"Yeah, I'll give you that one." Being sent to Hell would shoot up to number one, even if you lived a strange life back home. "Where I come from, there's a lot of conflict, I guess you could say. People have superpowers and magical abilities and advanced technology, and they use it to fight against each other, good guys and bad guys. I live in New York City and it seems like it's an epicenter for a lot of those fights." He wasn't going to bring up the fact that he was involved in those quite yet.
"Feels like every other week the world is ending or there's an alien invasion or someone wants to take over the city. Things like that."
