Dahlia almost reacts to her old pet name, mouth twitching with the urge to sneer, but she finds herself, thankfully, continuing to smile. She barely manages to keep her hands to herself, fighting the urge to snatch the box back. She couldn't be compulsive, deciding that this act of ... kindness as it were, would at least gain her some sort of favor in the future. She reaches for the paper that came with the box and goes over it once more.
"Just a minute, Phoenix." She glances up over the page, her smile never fading. "It seems I'm meant to place your heart back into your chest."
A gruesome thought, holding his heart in her hands again. It would definitely be a bloody mess, and she'd really not like to get blood on her dress.
"It would be such a shame to just let you die holding your own heart."
